Unit types

The office's unit types: apartment, villa, land… each with its plural.

What it is for

Every unit is of a type, and the type makes the site's pages such as “apartments for sale in Riyadh”, so its plural is what headings and addresses say.

Who uses it

The page opens for whoever holds “View unit types”, to look only, or “Manage cities, districts and types”, to work in it. In the built-in roles: Owner, Manager, Team member, Agent, Marketing. They are granted to any role under Settings → Roles and permissions.

Step by step

1. Press “+ Add type”, type the name in the singular then the plural, then save.
2. To change a type: the pencil on its row. To delete it: the bin.

How it works

A type's name is never repeated, and its address is fixed from the day it is added. Deleting deactivates: units keep their type, and it is restored from “Deleted”.
