Owners

The owners of the properties the office lists: their names and numbers, and their units and projects.

What it is for

An owner is linked to their units and projects to follow them up with them. Their details never show on the site.

Who uses it

The page opens for whoever holds “View owners”, to look only, or “Manage owners”, to work in it. In the built-in roles: Owner, Manager, Team member, Agent. They are granted to any role under Settings → Roles and permissions.

Step by step

1. Press “+ Add owner”, type their name, mobile and e-mail, then save.
2. Open an owner to see their units and projects and change their details.

How it works

An owner is a person in the office, so their data rights apply: their copy of it, and asking for it to be erased. Whoever holds only “View owners” sees a mobile with its middle hidden; whoever holds “Manage owners” sees it whole. Deleting deactivates, and every change is logged by its field names, not their values.

Questions

Does an owner show on the site?

No. Owners' details are for the office's staff only.

Why can't I see the whole mobile number?

You hold “View owners” without “Manage owners”.
